Sarabande Sarabande is a bold and expressive chamber choir from the Vancouver Bach Family of Choirs, under the direction of Shane Raman. Sarabande brings lush harmonies and dynamic energy to everything they sing—and for this special free outdoor performance, they’ll perform stunning choral arrangements of Sia and Roberta Flack, alongside a selection of contemporary choral works that showcase the emotional power of ensemble singing. They’ll be joined by members of the Vancouver Opera Chorus — adding even more vocal brilliance to this moving musical experience. M’Girl Rooted in Indigenous traditions and storytelling, M’Girl is a group of Indigenous women whose songs speak to connection—connection to land, to culture, to spirit, and to each other. Their stunning harmonies and original works are at once intimate and expansive, blending ancestral knowledge with contemporary vocal artistry.
